- How many years have you been coach driving? 20 years, almost.
- How many years have you been driving with our company? I’m on my 4th year as of 2025.
- How many years have you been driving together as a team? Two years.
- When you're not on the road, how do you like to spend your time? When I’m not on the road, I like to spend the majority of my free time catching up with friends and family. I’m also a fan of a good cask ale and a nice big steak.
- What is your favourite country, destination, or tour you've driven to? Italy. It has a lot of beautiful places and the people are always so welcoming, but my favourite location has to be Lake Garda.
- What makes it your top choice? There’s something special about looking out over the lake and the places around it like Venice and Verona also feel special. I spent three great years there and I made so many good friends.
- What's your favourite memory from a past tour? Seeing my son, who I work with, pretending to be Tom Cruise from the movie ‘Cocktail’ and totally messing it up. He absolutely covered himself head-to-toe in Purple Rain, but had never laughed so much. The coach was thoroughly covered as well, but it gave our passengers the biggest laugh of the tour.
- Do you have any personal touches that make your coach feel welcoming? We keep it clean and tidy inside. We also stock extra drinks and snacks, including a choice of three different types of white and red wine, which has been well received by our passengers this year. We have also started trying to make contact vis our Facebook page with those booked on our upcoming tours to find out what in particular they’d like for refreshments, so we can have them on the coach in preparation.
- If you could provide a top travel tip for our passengers, what would that be? It would be: if you are going somewhere you may never go again, embrace everything that is available to you as you may never get the chance to do so again.
- Is there anything else you would like to share with us about the tours you do? You will always have laughs, entertainment and a memorable time to look forward to. After all, our Facebook page is called ‘European adventures with Jonathan and Paul’ for a reason!

- How many years have you been coach driving? I have been driving for three years now.

- What inspired you to become a coach driver? To start off with, I needed a new job quickly to transition from my previous job and my dad had been driving coaches for ages. He pointed me in the right direction and then I fell in love with it.
- When you're not on the road, how do you like to spend your time? When I’m not on the road, I like to spend my time at home relaxing or going out for meals with family and my fiancée.
- What is your favourite country, destination, or tour you've driven to? Sorrento. I love the mixture of cultures and the wide range of views and activities the city holds.
- What makes it your top choice? Sorrento has something special that nothing else does. It just is so bright with cute streets. So much culture and street food. It reminds me of a small community.
- What's your favourite memory from a past tour? It would have to be the passengers making us laugh. We had one who liked to tell jokes and even wrote us a song: ‘we did it their way’.
- If you could provide a top travel tip for our passengers, what would that be? Bring an overnight bag – it makes life so much easier.
